At OneMob, we’re always striving to improve our platform to empower users to connect with leads more effectively. In our most recent feature release, we’ve made significant updates to our analytics, focusing on helping users identify leads and prioritize their outreach. Whether you’re nurturing colder prospects or engaging with visitors who are ready to convert, these enhancements are designed to streamline your process and maximize your results.
Here’s a closer look at the key changes we’ve made and how they can help you achieve your goals.
1. Transforming the Performance View into a Sales Funnel
The performance view has been revamped to function more like a traditional sales funnel. This new design allows you to visualize the progression of leads as they move from initial outreach to deeper engagement.
- Top of the Funnel: The journey begins with your outreach efforts. For example, how many emails or messages have you sent?
- Email Opens: The next metric focuses on tracking how many of your emails were opened.
- Microsite Visits: You can now see how many recipients visited your microsite after opening your email. Interestingly, you might notice more visitors than emails sent because your message could be forwarded to others outside of your original email list.
- Engagement: If visitors interact with your microsite content, they progress to the “engaged” section of the funnel.
- Conversion: The ultimate goal! A new feature allows you to set specific goals for your microsite—such as booking a meeting or downloading a resource. When a visitor completes one of these actions, they’re marked as converted, signaling a successful interaction.
2. Introducing the Visitors Tab
To give you greater insights into your audience, we’ve added a detailed Visitors Tab. This new feature provides a breakdown of everyone who has visited your microsite and where they fall within your lead funnel.
Key functionalities include:
- Visitor Information: Gain access to detailed visitor data, including contact information.
- Sorting and Filtering: Customize your view by setting date ranges, sorting by specific criteria, or filtering leads based on their position in the funnel.
- Identified vs. Anonymous Leads: Use the “Identified” toggle to filter out anonymous visitors who didn’t provide their contact details. This ensures you’re focused on actionable prospects.
- Export and Campaign Integration: Export your visitor data into a CSV or instantly create a OneMob contact group. This makes it easy to launch follow-up campaigns based on visitor activity.
How Goal Setting Drives Conversions
One of the most exciting updates to our microsites is the ability to set up to three specific goals. For instance, if your primary objective is to schedule meetings, you can designate the “Book a Meeting” button as a goal. When a visitor clicks on this goal, they’re automatically moved to the converted stage of your funnel.
This feature not only simplifies tracking but also provides a clear indicator of your microsite’s effectiveness. Each conversion represents a tangible result, validating your strategy and making it easier to refine your approach.
Why These Updates Matter
With these updates, OneMob analytics is more intuitive, actionable, and aligned with the needs of modern sales and marketing teams. By transforming the performance view into a sales funnel and introducing a robust visitors tab, we’re giving you the tools to better understand your audience, prioritize your leads, and drive meaningful conversions.
Whether you’re nurturing cold leads or engaging with high-priority prospects, these features empower you to be more strategic with your time and efforts.
