Mobile App

How do I get the "Rotate the device" prompt to go away on the mobile app?

When you enter the recording screen, the OneMob app will ask you to rotate your device. To record the best video, we ask our users to keep their devices horizontal:

If the rotate the device prompt does not go away, it is possible that you have your device locked in portrait orientation.

Allow Screen Rotation on Android
Swipe down from the top of the screen, then select Screen Rotation.

Remove Portrait Orientation Lock on iOS
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then turn off the Portrait Orientation Lock.
