Connect your OneMob account to MS Dynamics so the activity on the microsites you share is tracked to your contacts and opportunities in MS Dynamics. You connect once from your account's integrations, and you can also sign in to OneMob with your MS Dynamics login.
Before you start: your OneMob admin must choose MS Dynamics as your organization's CRM. CRM integration is available on the Pro plan and up. If you are the admin, see Setting up MS Dynamics.
Connect from your account
- Open Account > Integrations in OneMob. You can also click the CRM icon in the top bar.
- Find the CRM section. It shows MS Dynamics is not connected.
- Click Connect. A window opens with the Microsoft sign-in page.
- Sign in with your MS Dynamics account and accept the requested permissions. If you are already signed in to Microsoft in your browser, the window may skip the sign-in page.
- When the window shows This window can be closed, close it.
The CRM section now shows MS Dynamics is connected, and the CRM icon in the top bar shows a connected status. To disconnect at any time, click Disconnect in the same section.
Sign in to OneMob with MS Dynamics
You can also sign in to OneMob with your MS Dynamics login. The Sign in with MS Dynamics button only appears on your company's OneMob sign-in page, at your company's subdomain, and only when MS Dynamics is your organization's CRM.
- Go to the OneMob sign-in page at your company's subdomain. The page title reads Sign in to followed by your company's workspace name.
- Click Sign in with MS Dynamics. You don't need to enter your email first.
- Sign in with your MS Dynamics account in the Microsoft window.
OneMob signs you in and opens your dashboard.
If it does not work
- The CRM section says No CRM has been selected by the organization admin: ask your OneMob admin to choose MS Dynamics as the CRM. See Setting up MS Dynamics.
- Clicking Connect opens an upgrade message: CRM integration is not included in your plan. Ask your OneMob admin to upgrade.
- The window says Please use the same login to connect: the Microsoft account you signed in with does not match your OneMob account. Sign in with the Microsoft account that uses the same email address as your OneMob login.
- You see User not found when signing in: no OneMob user matches the email address of your Microsoft account. Sign in with your email and password instead, or ask your admin to invite that email address.
- You don't see Sign in with MS Dynamics: make sure you are on your company's subdomain sign-in page, not the general OneMob sign-in page.
