Search the help center
The OneMob help center at onemob.com/support has step-by-step articles on setting up your account, creating microsites, sending campaigns, connecting your CRM and email, and more.
- Go to onemob.com/support.
- Search for your question, or browse the articles by topic.
Chat with support in the app
The support chat is available inside the OneMob app.
- Sign in to OneMob.
- Click Support (the headset icon) at the bottom of the left menu. The chat window opens.
- Type your question and send it.
Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the name of the microsite, campaign or video involved, so the team can find it quickly.
Email support
Send your request to support@onemob.com. Use the email address of your OneMob account, and attach screenshots if they help explain the problem. A member of the support team replies by email.
