Setting up a YouNme.ai agent

How to Add an Agent to a OneMob Microsite

Add your youNme.ai agent to a OneMob microsite so visitors can talk to it while they view your content. You copy the agent's Website Integration (SDK) script from youNme.ai and paste it into the microsite's settings.

Before you start

Copy the script from youNme.ai

  1. Log in to youNme.ai.
  2. Select the agent you want to add.
  3. Open Sharing & Integrations.
  4. Find Website Integration (SDK).
  5. Copy the script.

Add the agent to your microsite

  1. In OneMob, open the microsite you want to update.
  2. Click Edit Microsite.
  3. Open the Microsite Settings tab.
  4. Scroll to Contact Actions.
  5. Turn on youNme.
  6. Paste the script into the field.
  7. Optional: turn on Start opened to have the chat already open when a visitor loads the microsite. It is off by default.
  8. Save the microsite.

Check that it works

  1. Open the microsite preview or the live page.
  2. Confirm the agent appears.
  3. Start a test conversation.

With Start opened on, the chat is open when the page loads, without the visitor clicking anything. If the visitor closes it, it stays closed until they open it again.

If the agent does not appear

Copy the full Website Integration (SDK) script from youNme.ai again, paste it into the field, and save the microsite.
