Steps to Connect Salesforce
- Go to the integrations page:
https://younme.ai/account/integrations - Locate Salesforce in the integrations list.
- Click Connect.
- Sign into your Salesforce account when prompted.
- Approve the requested permissions.
- Configure your sync settings, including:
- Leads
- Contacts
- Activities
- Conversation data
- Save the integration settings.
- Run a test sync if available.
