Connect your Office 365 mailbox so the emails you send from OneMob go out through your company email server. Your recipients see your own address, the messages are saved in your Office 365 sent mail, and OneMob still tracks every open, view and click.
Note: You need a Microsoft Office 365 Business or Enterprise account. Office 365 Personal, Family and Education accounts, and Office 2019, do not support email integration.
What you get
- Emails come from your company email server, not from OneMob.
- Sent emails are saved in Office 365 for archiving.
- You can schedule emails, send follow-up steps and run email campaigns.
- Email and OneMob engagement is logged to the CRM your organization admin selected: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, Outreach, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Your email signature
OneMob does not add your Office 365 email signature to emails sent through this integration. If you rely on the signature set up in Outlook, your OneMob emails go out without one. To include a signature, add it in the Signature field on the About tab of your Account page and click Save, or type it into the email in OneMob. Check that the signature is in the message before you send it.
Plans
Email integration is available on the Pro, Pro Max and Enterprise plans. On the Free plan, Connect opens an upgrade message. On the Enterprise plan, emails must be turned on for your organization: if the Emails section shows Emails are disabled for your organization, contact your OneMob admin or sales@onemob.com.
Step 1: Grant access to users (Microsoft 365 admin)
A Microsoft 365 admin must allow your users to use OneMob with Office 365. Follow Microsoft's instructions for integrated apps:
Manage integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center
Step 2: Connect your mailbox
Once access is granted, each OneMob user connects their own mailbox.
- Open the Integrations tab of your account settings.
- Under Emails, choose Office 365 from the Providers dropdown.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in with your Microsoft credentials in the window that opens.
When the connection works, the Emails section shows Connected, and every email you send from OneMob goes out through Office 365. To stop, click Disconnect.
Step 3: Allow pop-ups on iOS (only if you connect from an iPhone or iPad)
The Microsoft sign-in opens in a pop-up, so Safari must allow pop-ups.
- Open the iOS Settings app and tap Safari.
- Scroll down to Block Pop-ups.
- Turn Block Pop-ups off.
If something does not work
- The Emails section shows Office 365 is not connected: click Connect and sign in again. Your Microsoft 365 admin may need to grant access first (Step 1).
- Your emails arrive without a signature: this is expected. Add your signature in OneMob as described above.
If you still need help, send a request to the OneMob support team.
