Connect OneMob to Outreach to write your OneMob engagement back to Outreach and to import Outreach prospects into OneMob by tag. You can also add OneMob microsites to your Outreach emails with the OneMob plugin.

CRM integration is available on the Pro plan and up.

Option 1: Connect OneMob to Outreach

Prerequisite: Choose Outreach as your CRM (OneMob admin)

Your OneMob admin chooses the CRM for the whole organization. Until Outreach is chosen, users can't connect it.

1. Open Admin Settings > Integrations.
2. In the CRM row, click Edit.
3. In CRM application, choose Outreach.
4. Click Save.

The CRM row now shows Outreach, and OneMob confirms with CRM settings updated.

Step 1: Connect your Outreach account (all users)

Each user connects their own Outreach account to OneMob.

1. Open Account > Integrations.
2. In the CRM section, click Connect.
3. Sign in to your Outreach account in the window that opens and authorize access.

The section shows Outreach is connected. You can also sign in to OneMob with Sign in with Outreach on your company's sign-in page.

Data synced

After you connect:

• OneMob writes activity back to Outreach from your campaigns and tracked links.
• Engagement events, such as views, clicks and time spent, are captured automatically.

Step 2: Import prospects from Outreach by tag

You import Outreach prospects into OneMob by tag. Tag the prospects in Outreach first, then:

1. Open Contacts.
2. Click Add contacts and choose Import from Outreach.
3. In Tag, type the exact name of the Outreach tag.
4. Optional: under Add to group, choose a contact group to add the prospects to.
5. Click Save.

OneMob shows CRM contacts import has started and adds the prospects with that tag to your contacts. If Import from Outreach is grayed out with Outreach is not connected, complete Step 1 first.

Option 2: Use OneMob inside Outreach

With the OneMob plugin, you pick or create a microsite from inside an Outreach email and add it to the message. An Outreach admin installs the plugin for your Outreach account. To install it and use it, see Outreach Plugin for OneMob.
