Email Campaigns

Introduction to Campaigns

A campaign sends your microsite to a list of contacts by email. Once your microsite is built, you can create and send a campaign in a few minutes, then track who opened it and engaged.

Before you start

Campaigns are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, not on the Forever Free plan.

Connect your email account

  1. Go to Account Settings and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Choose your email provider, Google or Office365.
  3. Click Connect.

You only need to do this once.

Create and send a campaign

  1. Click the megaphone icon in the left navigation to open Campaigns.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Click Add Recipients, then enter email addresses or choose a contact group.
  4. Click Next. You can still edit a contact group at this point.
  5. Click Select Microsite and choose the microsite to send. A preview appears; click Change Microsite to pick another.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Write your email, or apply a saved template from Email Template. To personalize it, insert fields such as the recipient's name from Custom fields, or ask the AI Assistant to draft it.
  8. Click Send Now, or click the clock icon in the top-right corner to schedule the campaign.

To rename the campaign, click the pencil icon in the top-left corner while you build it. To have OneMob build a whole multi-step sequence for you, use Generate with AI; see Creating Multi-Step Email Campaigns in OneMob.

Find a campaign

Ongoing and ended campaigns appear together in the All tab, so you can compare them side by side. Each row shows whether the campaign is ongoing or ended.

  1. Open Campaigns and choose the All tab.
  2. Open the Status filter.
  3. Choose Ongoing or Ended, or All to see both.

Clone a campaign

Reuse a campaign that works well instead of rebuilding it.

  1. Open the campaign you want to reuse.
  2. Click Clone Campaign.
  3. Add recipients to the new draft.
  4. Edit the draft as needed, then send or schedule it.

The draft keeps the original's steps, delays and email content. Recipients are not copied, so add them the same way you would for a new campaign.
