Add a Microsite Footer, Email Footer or Privacy Policy

As an admin, you can add a company-wide footer to your organization's microsites and emails, such as a mission statement or a legal disclaimer, and add your privacy policy. You set the microsite footer and the email footer separately.

Add a footer or privacy policy

  1. Click Control panel in the left menu.
  2. Click Admin at the top of the page. The Organization tab opens.
  3. Under Email footer, type the text to show at the bottom of your emails.
  4. Under Microsite footer, type the text to show at the bottom of your microsites.
  5. Under Privacy policy, add your organization's privacy policy text or a link to it.
  6. Click Save.
Control panel Organization tab with email footer, microsite footer and privacy policy fields
Fill in the footer and privacy policy fields on the Organization tab, then click Save.

Each field has a small toolbar for font size, bold, italic, underline, alignment and links. The Email footer can also include custom fields.

What happens next

OneMob confirms with the message "Organization settings were successfully updated". The Email footer then appears at the very bottom of emails sent by users in your organization, and the Microsite footer at the very bottom of their microsites.

If something does not look right

  • You do not see Admin or the Organization tab. Only admins can change these settings. Ask an admin in your organization for access.
  • A footer appears on emails but not on microsites, or the other way around. Check that you filled in both Email footer and Microsite footer; they are separate fields.
  • A Subdomain change warning appears when you save. The Subdomain field is on the same page. Changing it breaks every link you have already shared, so click No unless you meant to change it.

For an overview of the other admin settings, see Administrator's Control Panel | Overview. If you still need help, contact OneMob support.
