Record yourself, your screen, or both with the OneMob recorder, then save the video to your Library so you can share it in microsites and campaigns.
Supported browsers
The recorder works in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari 14.1 or later. Opera is not supported. Visual effects are available in Chrome, Firefox and Edge only.
Open the recorder
- Click the + button at the top of the left menu.
- Choose Record Video.
You can also record while you pick content in OneMob by choosing Record a video.

- Under What do you want to record?, choose Webcam, Screen or Screen & Webcam.
- If you chose Screen & Webcam, use the position menu to place your webcam, for example Bottom right or Split-screen, left.
- Click Continue.
- If your browser asks for access to your camera and microphone, allow it. For a screen recording, choose the screen, window or tab you want to share. In Safari, click Start when OneMob asks Start screen-sharing?.

- Click the red record button. A short countdown runs, then recording starts.
- Click the pause button to pause. You can also press the Space bar to start, pause and resume.
- While paused, choose Resume to continue, Discard to start over, or Proceed to finish.
When you record your screen, return to the OneMob tab to pause and finish the recording.
Recording time limit
The timer shows how long you have recorded and your limit. On the Free plan you can record up to 10 minutes. On Pro, Pro Max and Enterprise plans, and during a free trial, you can record up to 30 minutes. When you reach the limit, the recording stops and moves to the save step. See Free, Pro, Enterprise license pricing.
Save your video
- Enter a name in Name your video. A name is required.
- Play the preview to check your recording.
- Click Pick Watermark to add a watermark, if you want one.
- Click Save.
To start over instead, click Discard video. If your organization reviews videos before they are shared, use the arrow next to Save to choose Save & submit for approval.
What happens next
OneMob saves the video to your Library and opens its page, where you can add it to a microsite or campaign. The video can take a moment to finish processing.
